Looks like Strathmore are happy to be holding 5 million shares in Pen, rather than take a cash transaction deal. Good to see a major having faith in Pen reaching their goal. 5 million just outside the top twenty, looking forward to them increasing their interest. Maybe the reason Ms Anderson was appointed for this exact type of deal.
