Strathmore will also retain a royalty. Peninsula will have the option to purchase the royalty in whole or part for three years.
Does anybody know the value , is it like 3% and after 3 yrs does this stay with Strathmore.? Is there an agreed buy back price?
Doesn'T PMH also have an arrangement with pen like 4% ?
