I would doubt if we will see Heritage involved in the operational aspect of this play.

In my opinion,Heritage are biding their time,to see just how their 19.6% of the very junior partner,(PFC),can be leveraged to maximise their opportunistic "investment"!

Heritage,to the best of my knowledge,do not have any current operational exposure in Australia..

Their operations appear to be mainly offshore,around the African continent.Though when you consider the worsening political climates in their current areas they,at some stage,may,possibly,decide to look a little closer at Australia.

I think it is a given that PFC will very soon,emerge from its current corporate/operational mess into a situation where they are very much a "junior partner" with little or no say in the operational aspects..

All the above is IMHO!!
