I find it hard to understand why PFC have 'opened their data room' for other potential bidders to assist in the future of the Southern Georgina Basin, when they supposedly have Statoil already along side.
One possible explanation is that the drilling so far has been more than disappointing and Statoil may not be willing to go further on their own.
The way I read the last Management Discussion Paper (March) , it appears that they may be questioning whether they will revisit McIntyer, Owen et., at all.
There is too much secrecy at the moment and shareholders deserve better.
