    " The signed agreement is with one of the world's largest independent graphite processors and merchants and became effective yesterday (October 20)."

    I wonder if this agreement is with Asbury - doesn't get any better than that if it is.  Asbury recently opened up it's new graphite and carbon plant in Maastricht, Netherlands.
