BTW i think there is a mistake with stratmin news release : "approve the issue of ordinary shares in Bass to Stratmin as part consideration for the sale of Graphmada Mauritius to Stratmin"
i think they meant "for the sale of Graphmada Mauritiuss to Bass" not to stratmin, they cant resell to themselves, can they ? lol i think this mistake reveals how bad they feel about selling a cash flow positive graphite mine for pennies (they still cant believe it lol), but business is business, the deal is considered good by each party, otherwise no one would have accepted.
