    The public-private partnership establishes an unconventional funding situation for the JV, reassuring StratMin investors with the addition of expertise while offering Tirupati its first exposure to capital markets.

    The joint venture (JV) announced last week between UK-based StratMin Global Resources Plcand India’s Tirupati Carbons and Chemicals Ltd is about more than bringing a new graphite mine online.
