The way this company is, if Amgen walked the SP would go back down to lets say 50c. Then a CR at 30 -35c.
To raise $100m would take about 300m new shares. Add to the 167m we already have.
The SP then would be about 40c divide by 6 x 1.38 about 9c per CDI
Even before I worked that out -- the answer was no way.
I want to diversify out of UNS not add to it.
