    General consensus seems that it is believed that if a deal with Amgen falls through , UNS will be no more..

    This would suggest that Amgen is the only interested party..

    If that is true, why did they pay 15mill ?

    Surely they could of negotiated for free if they were the only ones sitting at the table ..

    Regarding a new issue, I would participate...
