Didn't Amgen win the bidding war
based apon whatever they offered to Unilife.
Didn't Unilife pick Amgen because they liked thier offer best.
Unilife must have known exactly what was being offered in
order to ascertain which deal was best for them.
No one is bending anyone over here they are just going through
the process of formalising what they have agreed apon.
