But, I think you need to factor in the fact that the SP is rather toxic even with contracts and Amgen at the table. We have Orbimed deferring payments but we are behind in payments, earnings....broken loan caveats.
So with little cash on hand...Amgen talks break down and the SP will tumble further and short of the remaining ATM, which would largely be wiped out before end of 2016 with payments to Orbimed and opex....well how are they going to raise moeny when they are well under the SP required to stay listed on the NASDAQ?
Sure, another pharma/partner could step up...but sloppy seconds so the above still applies. Our company will basically be the Toxic Avenger....UNLESS it can show that its actually bloody well shipping any damn product from its amazingly diverse portfolio of devices to customers in anything but an infrequent once in a blue moon shipment!
