I believe this deal with JX Nippon will create alot of credability on a global scale for Intec. Having the support (in the form of $5m cash) to buy "non-exclusive limited additional rights to Intec's patents on copper and gold" and also "giving Intec access to JX Nippon's technology" (Both quotes from Intecs forum on their website by Dave Sammut.
Further they imply that this is a 2 way agreement and not just selling some of the family jewels i.e specifically... "The cross-licensing gives Intec access to the Nikko-chloride process, and JX Nippon access to the Intec Copper Process."
I think there's alot more to come yet and this is a company making transaction. Well done to Intec management.
Now its a matter on putting a valuation on this and what the SP might do. A current levels I believe the mkt cap is something close to $5m. They will have $5m cash within 14 days of completion of this deal and they will get progressive payments from BSM sometime mid next year upto $5m. Plus future deals.
I'm going out on a limb and suggest share price could at least double. That would be agood start
