I'm observing from outside not inside. I observe API to be miles ahead of SIG, but in both cases their individual and franchisees market protections are also the shareholders enermy because potential aspiring owners can't legally touch them due to the maze of anti competition protections. Both companies would be better off as Co-operatives which is how they really acting like now anyway.
