I would think with industry changes the CSO providers will need to reduce.
I API would divest the wholesale business to either a SIG or MTS who seem to have stronger logistics capabilities.
API would take the cash or shares and also unlock some of their working capital noe funded by MTS or SIG.
API would take this money and return capital and also invest in expansion of the Priceline Brand.
