It seems CW could be at it again. Sigma's exclusive supply agreement to CW which came into effect in Jan 16 had a three year term with an exclusive option for a further three years. So the current agreement has over 12 months to run! A little early to be putting it out to tender, particularly when Sigma has an option to renew. It could be in violation of the current agreement.
This is very inflammatory, particularly following the attempt by CW to go direct with Sandoz generics. You can only poke the bear so often.
Will be interesting to see Sigma's response.
