Pala allegedly is encouraging Avoca to bid for IGR......
"time is of the essence, IGR has $72m in cash and is raising 45m in debt for construction of Randall.
That spend would be unnecessary if IGR was brought into Avoca, as Randalls ore could be put through the existing mills of Avoca and Dioro.
Avoca would probably need to offer 50c plus per share to snare IGR and Pala is urging Avoca to have the conversation..........."
