we shall see, nothing in the AFR article in my mind explained the $4m payment, apart from the fact they can start talking to people right now.

In the end if they get a deal done in the next month it is going to add a lot more value than $4m and having the option drag on and to delay a deal esp with IO prices at a good place right now.

Im sure the Board and our major shareholder would have had the same concerns over a gratuitous payment as we do and hopefully we have negotiations at an advanced stage right now.
