Seems to have been rectified quickly. The retail SPP at $4 is quite attractive with a current implied value of $4.49. I will be participating despite the fact that it will increase my average cost. As you have pointed out Tarvold there do not seem to be any barriers to the merger and it makes a great deal of sense.
