Early days as to what is happening here but nobody should be surprised that one of the other regionals would have a go at ABA while their SP was at a 24 year low. Hopefully the ratio is going to give some of those who bought above $5 some reprieve. Note well that the price of ABA fell on very low volume Friday while MYS rose 1.81%. Hopefully that will reverse somewhat in the coming weeks as this likely to be a pure share swap based on average SP of both banks over a set period.
