Agree. Need a geo on the board. That is the main weakness i see. Since Mead and Hanna left FXR in Jan/Feb 2007 we have seen nothing but wilderness in the sp. We have more anomalies, but we need good resources for conversion to reserves. The only mistake that was made and was not geological was the decision to mine West Whundo on inadequate metallurgical test work. Possibly a stronger board on the exploration side would be a benefit. It takes longer to find a deposit than it does to mine one. Possibly the decision to race in and mine was enough for Mead and Hanna to pull the pin.
