    Wonder how "independent" the new Board really is? It will be interesting to see if they were to "endorse" the acceptance of a new offer even though they wouldn't necessarily have the votes to make it happen ... yet.

    65% fall in just 6 months is a big one... even when the broader market has fallen 20%
