I agree that it makes sense for the Sham to push it down and make a quick low-ball offer before they announce any rail deal ... but market sentiment and the fact the company has no leadership, direction or strategy isn't helping... still it isn't beyond the Sham to actually have "created" this situation themselves in order to create uncertainty, drop the price and scoop up the prize.
Ironically a "low ball" offer (say $2) would only increase the solidarity of the residual holder. I'm sure Norgard wants his $6+ like the rest of us.
