Hello Bayhunter the proposed merger with isoft will sorted out by the end of July 07.With or without the merger I can't see the share price hanging around $1.10.I think in the short term we will see $1.20-$1.25 and then it will move up further.$1.30-$1.40 will be the next resistance level.
