The top 200 shareholder list as at the close of 09-09 is available on Intecs' website. Within the top 50 there appears to be much more buying than selling, including new (relatively) large holdings through Merrill Lynch and Commsec nominees and an increase in the holdings through ANZ nominees. I hope other holders will scrutinize the whole list closely and offer their opinions. I'm not able to do so tonight myself as I'm on my 8th beer now and I'll be damned if I'm going to juggle and analyze 12 pages of tiny print.
In a situation like this I feel that looking at WHO is buying and selling is just as important(to long term strategies at the least) as price and volume. On balance, I think the changes in the top shareholders are a little more encouraging than discouraging.
Do correct me if any of my opinions on these holdings are incorrect. I'm now on my 9th beer.
