    Out of 4 board members 2 are accountants. I can't see them running a mining production company. I could be completely wrong but I see it as clear the debt, sell up. As long as the price is right I'm for it. If you want a real lithium producing company on the asx try Orocobre. Disclosure, I don't hold ore.
