Could be right dexterbland. Still, JPMorgan represented something like 18M shares 6 months ago and could easily be punching out some of these X-trades to create tax benefits for their clients.
4.4M is very close to a significant interest. Coupled with last week's volume, one buying party would have to be making a declaration of taking a significant holding, whereas a JPMorgan shuffling scrip between client accounts would not.
Be nice if it is takeover action, though.
