Sure its a competitive market - but what's a fair value for Australia's third largest ISP with 600,000 subscribers?

TLS market cap is $50 billion, IIN $150 million. Not a fair comparison of course, but given TLS strategy and focus is all about broadband its clear that's where they see the value.

IIN not lumbered with all that legacy cr@p, good customer base, profitable and breaking free from dependence on TLS infrastructure.
