Sometimes a man finds the planets are perfectly aligned.

The present sharemarket battering has brought the DOM shareprice below true value.

That said DOM would not consider me for the role of GM so it is due to hard work and not luck that he finds himself in this position.

But the incentive package is a stretch target that we shareholders should cheer.( Do some sums )
We don't see the makeup , but the Comparator Group should naturally be the top echelon performers ---for that's where the DOM operation sits now.

So it's a matter of developing the operational nodes in place now ---- and capturing any opportunity that is within reach.

Material items incentives (b) will provide us with a guide to the long term.
