We also shop at Aldi and the fresh fruit and veg markets and buy in bulk where possible and check all the specials, this has to be normal procedure.

Save as much as you can when you can, but the food component of our annual spend is the smallest section

We can still eat the best there is without a great difference in our annual costs but it is the other parts of the annual bills which are government controlled that we are unable to alter, things like turning lights off when you leave the room and no un-necesary car travel all help but are still only peanuts compared to what the governments take from you
