You have obviously not been in my local Coles or Woolies stores where oblivious to the long queues they have only two people at the registers. and there are rarely any people on the floor so they are decidedly understaffed, as to their locations in many of the shopping centres they either do not pay rent, or very little rent because they argue that they pull the crowds for the other shops who pay ridiculously high rents
High profits is all they know and to hell with the suppliers who put their lives on the line to produce
