    Yep, am aware of the 'lithium talent' shortage.

    It's as lacking for companies that want to produce rock as for those that want to convert DSO. (Or at least sell it)

    Companies that choose to sell DSO are a terrible thing for companies wanting to get to market as far as I understand right now.

    Danger Will Robinson's.

    Whilst the ability for China to convert DSO isn't there right now.. In the next 2 or so years it might hammer some of the hopefuls that cannot produce lithium chemicals themselves.

    But... The jury is out..
