Mitsui bid 95 cents per share for AWE in January 2018
Mitsui were successful in acquiring AWE in 2018
AWE was sold for $585m
AWE main asset was 420pj of gas from WAITSIA in Perth Basin
AWE was trading at 54cents and Mitsui bid of 95 cents was a 75% premium
Strike has way more gas now than AWE had then.
Strike has the proposed Fertilizer project
Strike has huge acreage with gas targets plentiful
Strike has the volcano at south erregulla
Strike will more than likely supply gas to the APA Perth Basin to Kalgoorlie gas pipeline

As of today, Strike shareprice at 34cents plus the AWE 75% premium = 60cents Strike shareprice as a MINIMUM.
