Flow rates will be constrained by tubing size for sure. However I believe the change in fundamentals provided by positive flow test results will be confirmation that it actually flows. While the logging suggests that it should flow, we don't actually know that it will flow yet.

This is a big deal as it is the final piece in the puzzle as to whether or not the well can be considered a commercial success.

Further wells can always be drilled to extract gas at a faster rate. I believe further seismic and appraisal wells are on the cards for EP469 which may also prove up a larger resource.
