As possible participants in a bidding war WES would be most welcome to fire a low ball shot or 2 to get things moving along.
Add BPT,Mitsui,WPL and whoever else to the mix and there's a high probability that a bidding war might start for the EPL 469 block if we get some good flow rates,reserves and promising new seismic.
I've always achieved closest to full value or more for a TO target when there is a bidding war.
