If you are not happy with the current shareprice, then email or speak to JC with your concerns, and ask him how he is going to get it to the price you are looking for
Ask him why do you think the market is so undervaluing your company to the point that it is trading approximately 20c under the Cash value alone.
Wouldnt it make sense for him and others to do a management buy out? They could borrow the funds to pay the shareholders, and get it all back once the sale has gone through from the current cash.
