It is a Copout.
If they were really motivated they should:
1. Re-forest the devastation left by Bolsenaro in South America/Malaysia
2. Ban jet aircraft 9.8% of the world's Co2 emissions are burnt at 30,000 feet
3. Increase the number of large container ships powered by wind.
4. Drill and produce gas at an increased rate to back out coal.
