Are you not assuming a 15% for domestic retention whereas the policy may be 50/50 etc for a set timeframe? Yes, the NWS has a 15% retention as does Beach however that may be varied to allow additional gas to flow.
Any rate it is all supposition at this time until government makes a formal announcement.
