Apact : you buy the LRSOC on market just the same as the fullY paids.
They represent the right to own that number of fully paid LRS.
You can then keep them untill Nov 2022 and pay 1.2c to convert into fully paids.
OR you can fill in a form supplied by LRS and pay the extra 1.2c now and then own/trade LRS.
OR you can trade the LRSOC on market just like any other share, without paying the extra 1.2c.
At the moment the LRSOC are undervalued by 10%; (0.005c)
ie buy LRSOC for 3.4c now; pay the additional 1.2c and you own LRS for 4.6c per share. (LRS on mark currently 0.051c.
SIMPLE ARITHMETIC.
