STRIKE ON SHAREHOLDER BEHALF. End the Manipulation

Strike on shareholder behalf. End the manipulation by those who gamble against the company. This is not just my opinion (and that of many other shareholders I believe) but also the words of management when the share buyback was announced. Well as recently as yesterday there was massive manipulation of CUV shares with a closing price at daily lows and 3% below VWAP in a pattern that has repeated itself hundreds of times over recent years no matter what good news Clinuvel releases, despite Clinuvel growing profits all the time and despite markets going to all time highs. If it was a genuine shareholder selling down every single day they must have held something like 50 Million shares - they do not because there are only 50 Million CUV shares on issue. It is pure market manipulation and has led to a massive decoupling of market value from share price - Clinuvel themselves said this one year ago and since then they have become a MUCH stronger company even as the share price has dropped another 30 or 40%.

The great news is the share buyback gets another crack today and it is a historical opportunity IMO. Let's see if they can buyback 1.5 Million shares at an average price of $12 - they could complete the buyback for $18 Million ($2 Million under the figure they have thrown around). Totally impossible IMO despite months and months of 100 to 200 thousand shares being traded every day with a consistently falling price and short selling rising. How about buying those 1.5 Million shares at average $15 - slightly more feasible, right on budget and still extremely great value. Do that then announce another 1.5 Million buyback which they can go a bit lighter on if you are serious about ending manipulation.

Disc Medicine went up $250 Million last night. The closest comparison stock to Clinuvel which is notable for burning $1 Million every 2 days while running a few phase 1 and 2 trials with their lead product interested in EPP where Clinuvel make $1 Million profit every week WHILE running a phase 3 blockbuster far larger than EPP. Disc valued at $2.2 Billion compared to $500 Million for CUV (including $200+ Million cash), crazy, they might go bust one day but they are good at attracting investment.

Clinuvel just need to get out there and do the buyback in full as other companies running share buybacks do all the time, don't complicate things, don't waffle, don't buy 5 or 6 thousand shares which the short sellers will easily absorb with their manipulations, honour your own words and restore some faith by getting stuck in. Clinuvel today is stronger than they have ever been and their share price is at 7 year lows with shorting at nearly 6% (or 3 Million fake liquidity CUV shares) which have been used to destroy sentiment around this company which is the absolute best financially performing small/tiny Biotech year after year with blockbuster near term possibilities.
