The board is in posession of information that has halted a BB and not disclosed this to to the market
The Co. has no intention of executing a BB and has misled the market
None of these alternatives position the Board well with the investor community. Some may breach Rules. Others may breach Laws. Some may be criminal. Which do we think it is?
