I feel Qantas problems lie with a highly overpaid foreign manager, the location of Australia in relation to frequent and well used flight paths, bottom of the world is not exactly a central location, and possibly because shareholders are expecting too much, and have no sense of humour into the bargain.

I agree with you, but the time is way past for the blame game, its too late. I have many posts here laying it all at the feet of the board and CEO. But I am simply stating the here-and-now-where-are-we view.

Head in the sand at this point will simply hasten the end.
