Time for some tough love,
You do not deserve a $300K annual package if you've personally taken a company from IPO to 3c.
This is not about poor sentiment due to the hangover from the GFC, this is about a managment team that has well and truly crashed through the "three strikes" test of competence.
For the record I've been in since IPO and supported both capital raisings.
