    and assuming you could sell all the gas to the dom market...I see $4-5B NPV (i just doubled the WE 50% scenario).

    As for drilling more holes, once the gas plant is up and running, holes will be drilled using petty cash.

    For some reason, the penny has not really dropped and most people still don't understand just how big 1TCF (recoverable) is. Nor do they understand just how much value is unaccounted for in the STX share price.

    The other thing to understand is that cheap plentiful gas is an enabler for downstream industries. Theres urea and formaldehyde, and most polymers need gas feedsock. Cheap, plentiful, Gippsland Basin gas (thx to Vic Gvt foresight in the 1960's) gave rise to a petrochemical industry that ran for 40 years...until the gas price controls were lifted.
