    Hi Tony,

    Makes perfect sense to me, especially from the list of items you provided :
    * Card Products (pre-paid card instruments).
    * E-surveillance asset business lines outside of ATM surveillance.
    * ATM Power Management and asset business lines outside of ATM Power Management.
    * POS Terminals.
    * Smartphone Technology (e and m-commerce / remittances).
    * Big data driven MIS Systems for Analytics.
    * Card Issuance.
    * Card Management.
    * Payment Services.

    These are products that have been developed and are market ready, probably excluding Smartphone Technology as yet, with the sudden injection of a large data base of potential customers / clients, these products may be required in large numbers, and would require funding and who better to know the business than the banks ?
    From the list I would like to see TSN have the development of the Smartphone/e+m commerce / remittances to add revenue value and enhance and assist TSI.
    Any thoughts on what the banks would want for providing funding ?
