There was a high level of porosity = generally good
There was a medium-high level of permeability = generally good
There was an intermediate to high oil quality (34-38 API) = good
There was a 23 metre net pay (in zones above 8047 feet) = good
But as we have seen today most of this expected.
However, well seems to have become costly. Have to side track around lost fish. Maybe ICN will have to fund the next two wells itself. Which, with santos or not would probably require a capital raising at a discount to current prices. Whether they can hold out until they are allowed to do their next SPP in May is the question. Either way, the well results are good, but expected, the well costs (associated with previous and current drilling problems) are higher than expected, so there has been a fall in the price.
Just my thoughts, do your own research.
