TWO LARGE GOLD DRILL TARGETS INDENTIFIED
OOMBULGURRI GOLD PROJECT - NORTH KIMBERLY
    100% OWNED

The company is pleased to advise that recent results have achieved a
new precedent for gold exploration in the North Kimberley, with the
delineation of two large and well defined gold soil anomalies
    (Western and Eastern anomalies):

    SUMMARY:

    * the Western anomaly is continuous over 1.5kms (100 to 300m wide)
and includes a zone of approximately 750m hosting +1,000ppb gold
(1g/t gold). This zone hosts the previous reported 16.7g/t and
10.5g/t gold soil results. The anomaly is coincident with the
intersection of two major local fault structures.

    * the Eastern anomaly is broadly parallel to the Western Anomaly and
is 900m long (100 to 500m wide). It hosts a 600m long zone of +100ppb
gold. Previously reported 1.33g/t gold soil results occur within this
    zone.

    * The two anomalies represent the first two gold drill targets to be
defined by Striker on its North Kimberley tenements. As a result of
these significant findings, extensive soil sampling and
reconnaissance programs have commenced over other identified faults,
veins and altered zones, which remain untested.

    * Striker's current tenements holding in the Kimberleys is now
    18,000kmsq.

    LARGE GOLD SOIL ANOMALIES

Striker has completed an infill soil sampling program over the 88
Creek area, which has previously been reported as hosting coarse
visible gold in drainages, up to 16.7g/t gold in residual orientation
soil samples, and widespread hydrothermal alteration.

The grid sampling program covered an area of approximately 5kmsq, over
residual soils derived from variably altered sandstones and
volcanics. Samples were taken on a 100m by 100m interval, with the
-200 micron fraction being analysed for gold and path finder
    minerals.

Results have delineated a large and coherent gold soil anomaly in the
above area. The anomaly consists of two separate and well defined
segments (East and West anomalies), which straddle a major fault.

The Western anomaly is approximately 1.5km long as defined by the
+25ppb gold contour, and has excellent continuity and definition. It
varies from 100 to 300 metres in width. Within this anomaly corridor
there is a discrete 750m long zone, which hosts numerous results over
1,000 ppb gold (lg/t Au). Previously reported spectacular gold
results (16.7g/t and 10.5g/t gold from the coarser fraction) occur
within this corridor. This highly elevated gold zone is coincident
with the intersection of two major fault systems.

The Eastern anomaly is broadly sub-parallel to the Western anomaly,
and is located approximately 250m to the east. The anomaly is
continuous and well defined, with its long axis being 900m long as
defined by the +25ppb gold contour. Its width varies from 150 to 500
metres, the shape of the anomaly is also being consistent with the
intersection of two fault structures. Within the anomaly, a 600m zone
of +100ppb gold has been defined. Previously reported 1.33g/t gold
soil results came from this zone.

    DRILLING TARGETS AND FOLLOW UP

The excellent continuity and resolution of the gold in soil anomalies
at 88 Creek has provided Striker with two definitive drilling targets
within a clearly mapped alteration zone. Striker will undertake
ground-based geophysics to improve its understanding of the
structural setting in the anomaly area, as a prelude to drill testing
    the target.

Early inspection of the results has alerted Striker to the importance
of certain structures and geological settings, and as a result has
commenced a more extensive soil sampling and reconnaissance program
over other defined veins and structures in the district. It is the
company's objective to define where possible numerous drill targets.

Information in this report, which relates to pre resource
mineralisation is based on and accurately reflects information
compiled by Mr Tom Reddicliffe, a full time employee of the company.
Mr Reddicliffe has relevant experience in relation to the
mineralisation being reported on to qualify as a competent person as
defined in the Australasian Code for Reporting of Identified Mineral
    Resources and Ore Reserves.

    Analytical Methods:

Samples have been analysed by the classical fire assay process using
a 40gm portion of sample and giving a total separation of gold,
platinum, and palladium. As a check Au, Pb, Pd, Cu, and Zn were also
determined using ICP optical Emission Spectrometry. The pathfinder
elements As, Sb, Cu, Pb, Zn, Se, Te, Tl, W and Hg were determined
    using ICP mass Spectrometry.
