Why had not many people here discussed the strip ratio of grr? This is more important than pellet margin for old mine like grange because it is a good indication of the depleted stage of the mine. If grr had a 10 plus ratio and couldn't be reduced even by cherry picking mining, than it smells trouble I think. Perhaps mr GAO also knew this so he openly challenged the board. A 10 plus ratio in General is a death sentence for ore-only mining since 10 of 11 of the mining inputs are wasted. To make matter worse,more production means digging deeper,and as the pit goes deeper,the stipe ratio goes even higher. Perhaps that is why mr market didn't give anything except cash for its sp.
