Frankly, I don't know what this has to do with Granges strip ratio, and Clement Ko is no longer a Director of Grange.
I also think that BHP doesn't appoint an idiot in this position "Mr Ko worked for BHP Billiton (China) Ltd as a senior regional marketing manager"

I'd doubt whether Mr Ko is a fool " Mr Ko is the Chairperson and sole shareholder of Pacific Minerals Limited, the sole member of Pacific International Co Pty Ltd ( currently second largest shareholders of Grange)."
Maybe the Nanjing Jinling University produces far smarter people than you think??????
