The other thing nobody has pointed out with this business is their improved currency hedging. This year underlying hedging increased from USD 0.70 cents to 0.74 cents. That’s a 5.7% decrease in the cost of importing inventory which will expand margins and flow straight through to the bottom line. Next year they have hedged 75% at USD 0.77 so margins keep on improving year on year.
