I'm not certain if you're being deliberately obtuse but I'll elaborate.
Agnostelli has indicated SEA expansion with Malaysia initially but also Singapore (amongst others) potentially into the future. Looking at the competitive landscape globally, theres been JD Sports' recent foray into Aus & Malaysia. Footlocker into SG as well now. B&M retail on a whole hasn't been doing well and seems like market participants are all looking for that next "growth" avenue (https://www.*.com.au/foot-locker-is-closing-stores-2018-3)
Sure feels like a land grab for market share brewing. Sure , Platypus has a different target segment but theres definite crossover/overlap.
Of course that's my opinion only.
